Ultra-private destination golf club on the former 2,400-acre Rocking Chair Ranch in the Texas Panhandle, set in quartz sand dunes overlooking the Prairie Dog Town Fork of the Red River. Modeled on Sand Hills with on-site cabin lodging, it is only the second property in the world with original designs by both Tom Doak (Upper Course, 2024) and Gil Hanse (Lower Course, under construction).
